Triple Garage Shed

The Chrovan Triple Garage kit is a spacious, heavy-duty steel structure that can fit up to three vehicles, with room left over for storage, tools or a workspace. This steel shed is made in Australia and delivered to customers across the United States.

Sizes and Configuration

Available in the standard sizes, heights and colors listed on this page (widths 9.5m, depths 6m–15m, heights 2.4m–3m). For a configuration that is not listed (for example a different span, depth, height, roof pitch or door opening), request a written quote. Custom or specially engineered products may have different delivery times and return conditions, which we will confirm in writing before you order.

Roof Style and Pitch

Gable and skillion roof styles are available. Changes to roof style or pitch are quoted on request. A 15° pitch is the recommended standard for most rural and backyard installations.

Lean-Tos and Garaports

A lean-to is an open-sided extension that attaches to the main building and shares one of its walls, with a roof that slopes down from the main roofline. A garaport is built into the main design, usually under the same roofline, and extends from the building on posts to form an open-fronted covered area. Lean-tos and garaports are quoted on request.

FastClad Wide Steel Cladding

These sheds use FastClad wide steel sheeting, with sheets up to 1 meter wide. Fewer panels and fewer joins help speed up installation while maintaining strength and durability.

Sheeting Profiles

The kit uses high-tensile FastClad steel (0.42 BMT / 0.47 TCT) designed for demanding outdoor conditions. Mono sheeting has a ribbed, contemporary profile; Corro sheeting has a traditional corrugated profile.

Roller Door Options

Roller door access is available with security features. Series A doors are manually operated and suit standard heights; Series B doors include chain drive for larger openings up to 5m high. Windstrong tracks are available for high-wind regions, and optional motors provide remote-controlled access.

Engineering and Standards

Each building is engineered for its build site, with wind ratings and structural design matched to the region and terrain. Designs are ShedSafe accredited and engineered to comply with the Building Code of Australia. These are Australian standards and are not a US building-code certification – please confirm local permit and engineering requirements with your local building authority before ordering.

Add-Ons and Final Cost

Glass windows, insulation, ventilation and skylights can be added on request. The listed price covers the chosen size, height and color; add-ons and other accessories are quoted separately.

Ordering, Delivery & Installation

• 30% deposit: secure your shed with an optional 30% deposit, lock in your price for 60 days and receive engineering plans for approval. If approval is denied before manufacturing begins, your deposit is refundable, less the applicable engineering costs. If you choose the deposit, the remaining balance is due within 7 days after you receive your invoice, which we issue once your shed has been installed.
• Shipping: free standard freight to eligible locations in the contiguous US (lower 48 states). Estimated delivery is approximately 2–3 weeks, including preparation/manufacturing and freight (an estimate, not a guarantee).
• Free professional installation: professional installation is included with your Chrovan shed at no extra charge, subject to suitable site access and a properly prepared foundation. Site preparation and foundation work are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed in writing.
• Warranty: backed by the Chrovan Lifetime Warranty, subject to the warranty terms in our Terms & Conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

Free standard freight is available to eligible locations in the contiguous US (lower 48 states). Alaska, Hawaii and international delivery are not currently available. Estimated delivery is approximately 2–3 weeks, including preparation/manufacturing and freight; this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Please make sure there is safe access to your delivery address.

When your order arrives, check the packaging and contents for visible damage or missing parts and let us know as soon as reasonably possible, with your order number and photos, so we can sort it out quickly. Full details are in the Shipping & Delivery Policy on chrovan.com.

Refunds & Returns

If your item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or has missing parts, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused, unassembled condition; installed sheds can be returned through our removal service (an installation and removal fee of 10% of the total order price applies); custom or specially engineered products may have different conditions.
